B WAGONS BACK ON SALE

A new batch of ex-SAR / WHR B Wagon kits has been cast and are available exclusively from the FR's Shop.

You can buy them by visiting Porthmadog Harbour Station, or by mail order through calling the shop or visiting the website www.festshop.co.uk

I understand that the kits are already flying out of the door so if you're wanting one I wouldn't hang about.

FAQ

Q: Do you only make models out of styene?

A: Yes. I've yet to find a carriage or wagon I haven't been able to build.

Q: How much do your models cost?

A: It all depends. Every model is unique. I charge clients a very reasonable hourly rate plus cost of materials used to make their model. If you want a simple model with less detailing it will cost less than a more complicated prototype with more finescale detailing included.

Q: So how will I know what it will cost?

A: This is discussed with clients before they commission a model. If it's a repeat of a design I've made before I will be able to give you a clear idea of the likely final cost. I keep clients updated about the progress of their model and the running total of charges.

Q: What if I want to cancel halfway through?

A: That's no problem. You pay me for the work done up to that point and I will despatch the model in the state it has reached.

Q: Do you make locomotives?

A: I don't make chassis or mechanisms but I have successfully built diesel locomotives to fit on an N gauge chassis.
